Job summary

Concord Hospitality in Durham, NC, is hiring hotel housekeepers to maintain clean guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas to brand standards. You will uphold safety guidelines, manage daily assignments, and interact professionally with guests and team members.

Hours are 8am–5:30pm, with full‑time benefits. You will keep linen carts organized, report maintenance needs, safeguard equipment, and respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
• Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
