Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Lebanon, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking motivated housekeepers to join our team. You will perform cleaning tasks in accordance with Colwen and brand standards to ensure guest rooms are pristine.

Responsibilities include stocking rooms, responding to guest requests, maintaining cart supplies, and ensuring privacy and safety. Experience preferred; flexibility for a 7-day rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, hotel experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to work rotational 7-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive assigned rooms from manager and prioritize accordingly.
• Clean, stock and maintain guest rooms per brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and other departments.
• Check inventory of cleaning cart and restock supplies.
• Ensure guest privacy at all times.
• Make beds and restock bath linens.
• Disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and coffee stations.
• Remove trash and soiled linens; manage lost and found.
• Notify maintenance of needed repairs.
• Conduct final walk-through to ensure rooms meet standards.
• Launder soiled linens and operate washers/dryers as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
