Job summary

Extended Stay America in Richardson, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. You will maintain carts and laundry areas, restock as needed, and report maintenance or guest property concerns to the front desk.

The role requires adherence to safety policies and completion of Extended Stay University training.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate effectively with the manager and staff.
• Follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measures, and company standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Notifies front desk of any remaining guest property in check-out rooms.
• Assists guests with reasonable accommodations when possible and practical.
• Follows all safety and security procedures and completes required training.
