Job summary

InTown Suites in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This role performs routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces while ensuring company cleanliness standards and guest service expectations are met.

The Housekeeper contributes to guest satisfaction by ensuring accommodations are properly maintained and ready for occupancy, following standard operating procedures and safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Attention to cleanliness, presentation, and guest areas.
• Strong guest service mindset and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company SOPs.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure hotel areas meet company cleanliness standards.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain carts.
• Notify supervisor of safety or security concerns.
• Interact with guests to provide courteous service.
