Job summary

WaterWalk Hospitality in Atlanta seeks a diligent Hotel Housekeeper responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. You will make beds, sanitize bathrooms, replenish amenities, and report maintenance issues promptly while upholding safety policies.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent guest service skills. You will collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for guests and common areas

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms per hotel standards (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming).
• Common Area Maintenance: Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms; keep areas tidy and welcoming.
• Linen & Laundry: Collect, sort, transport linens; ensure adequate supply of clean linens.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow safety and sanitation policies; use chemicals and equipment safely.
• Team Collaboration: Work with housekeeping team to complete tasks on schedule.
