Job summary

InTown Suites in Carrollton, Texas is seeking a detailed Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas. You will perform routine and deep cleaning, restock supplies, and ensure occupancy readiness while upholding cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

This role requires physical stamina, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work with a team during varying shifts. Health benefits and a supportive onboarding may be provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry standard operating procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of bath, kitchen, dining areas and corridors.
• Vacuum and wash floors; dust and polish furnishings.
• Notify supervisor of room readiness and safety concerns.
• Provide high level guest service and respond to guest needs.
