Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend.
• Lift 25–35 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks to keep guest rooms clean.
• Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, or information as requested.
• May assist in laundry and cleaning public areas as needed.
• Provide courteous service and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain a positive work environment and guest satisfaction.
• Weekend work may be required due to hotel operations.
