Sonesta International Hotels in Miami seeks a House Attendant to assist the Housekeeping Management Team on assigned floors, deliver linens, and support laundry and cleaning of public areas. You will help transport items, respond to guest requests, and participate in special projects as needed.

The position emphasizes teamwork, physical stamina, and a commitment to Sonesta Service standards. Morning, evening, weekends, and holidays are required as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous background from the extended stay industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants with linen delivery and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness of floor closets and corridors; sweep, mop, and organize spaces.
• Deliver linens and supplies to Room Attendants and guest areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and customer service needs.
• Clean restrooms and public areas; report repairs or hazards.
• Support laundry operations and handle soiled/clean linens per standards.
