Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a PM House Attendant for 2 pm to 11 pm shifts. You will assist room attendants on assigned floors, help strip linens, and support cleaning of public areas, delivering and retrieving items for guests and staff.

The role requires mobility to lift, push and carry heavy items, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• Adhere to Sonesta grooming standards.
• Lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Push/pull carts up to 200 pounds.
• Bend, squat, kneel, climb stairs, reach daily.
• Operate floor buffers and carpet cleaners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quiet, professional atmosphere in guestrooms, corridors and public areas.
• Report to work, take meals and end of shift as procedures specify.
• Follow bending/lifting techniques.
• Mix chemicals properly and fill bottles as required.
• Stock linen rooms adequately.
• Process torn and stained linen per procedures.
• Empty linen bags and trash bags promptly.
• Clean Room Service tables and trays.
• Clean windows, mirrors and brass per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of vending areas and service area floors.
