Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation in New Orleans is seeking a House Attendant to support the Housekeeping Management Team on assigned floors and buildings. You will collect dirty linens, transport to laundry, deliver clean linens to carts, and assist with public areas and laundry tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred.
• Frequently standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants and transport dirty linens to the laundry area.
• Deliver clean linens to Room Attendant carts and public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of floor closets, corridors, and public spaces.
• Respond to guest requests and report repairs or safety concerns.
