Hotel Hosts contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. They must appreciate high standards of excellence and aim to create an experience that offers guests a larger-than-home environment with welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing meeting rooms.
2. Providing complete guest experiences through attentive service and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous guest service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs).
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Desire to satisfy guest needs in a dynamic environment.
