Join our team as a Hotel Host and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment across various hotel areas, including the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, and meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
• Ability to multi-task
• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 lbs
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
