Job summary

NCG Hospitality in Phoenix is seeking a Part Time Hotel Guest Service Representative for Courtyard Happy Valley Phoenix North. You will answer phones, take reservations, check guests in/out, and create a memorable guest experience.

We value a minimum of 1 year in hotels, F&B, or retail, flexible availability with a 7-3 or 3-11 shift, and a friendly, service-oriented approach. Starting wage is $16.00/hour, with potential increases for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotels, food & beverage, or retail.
• Flexible availability for a combination of 7:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00 shifts.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, make reservations, and greet and assist guests.
• Check guests in and out using the property management system and process payments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote hotel amenities to maximize occupancy when appropriate.

How You’ll Make An Impact

The Hotel Guest Service Representative Part Time provides courteous, prompt service to our guests by answering the property’s phones, making reservations, checking guests in/out and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a memorable personalized experience.

• Uses property management system to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests, process payments, maintain cash drawer and operate office equipment
• Provides highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ requests and complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Quickly and empathetically responds to guest issues with resolutions that may require thinking "outside of the box"
• Demonstrates the use of sales techniques to effectively sell the property and maximize occupancy and revenue
