Job summary

Courtyard Happy Valley Phoenix North, operated by NCG Hospitality, is seeking a Housekeeper Room Attendant to provide clean and comfortable accommodations for guests. You will join a winning team and contribute to a hospitality experience that reflects the company’s core values.

Starting at $16.00 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, this role requires weekend availability and offers opportunities for growth, mentorship, and benefits within a family-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of hotel or commercial cleaning experience.
• Must be able to work 4-5 days a week including weekends.
• Starting wage is $16.00 per hour; higher wages may be offered to experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms clean and well-maintained to high standards.
• Make beds with fresh linens and clean bathrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and restock guest rooms.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Operate laundry and clean public areas as needed.
• Properly handle, label and store cleaning supplies.

• Consistently clean guestrooms up to high standards
• Make beds with clean linens
