Days Inn Inner Harbor is seeking a passionate and dedicated Guest Service Representative. The ideal candidate is a team player willing to go above and beyond in a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs
• Register guests and assign rooms
• Establish payment methods and verify credit
• Make and confirm reservations
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change
• Communicate via telephone or PMS system
• Respond promptly to guest requests
• Handle guest complaints and escalate when necessary
• Work towards increasing guest satisfaction scores
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective equipment
• Stand for 8-hour shifts
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Hotel/hospitality experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience required
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred

Work Schedule & Physical Requirements

Schedule varies, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, kneel, or crouch.
