Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent inspections of guestrooms and hallways to maintain high cleanliness.
• Teach guidelines for cleaning upholstery, carpets, wood, and surfaces.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and workplace policies.
• Maintain inventory systems for cleaning supplies, amenities, and linen.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for repairs and oversee housekeeping carts.
• Inspect guest rooms prior to arrivals and support meeting room setups.
• Promote guest satisfaction and provide accurate directions about services.
