Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a high-quality guest experience. The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and responsive guest service, with responsibilities including stocking carts, reporting maintenance needs, and supporting other hotel areas as needed.

The position requires adherence to all policies, procedures, and training programs, with opportunities for growth and participation in recognition

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate effectively with manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and company standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a 100% commitment to guest and associate experience.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms according to company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports guest property found in check-out rooms to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests with requests whenever possible and practical.
• Complies with safety and security policies and all training requirements.
• Completes Extended Stay University training as required.
