Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards and procedures. You will contribute to a high-quality guest experience by maintaining clean rooms, stocking carts, and reporting any maintenance or guest issues to the front desk and on-duty manager.

Responsibilities include keeping carts organized, assisting guests with requests, and adhering to all safety and security policies while completing required training and supporting other hotel

Qualifications

• Understand instructions and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas in good condition while in use.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests when possible.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes required training and annual Extended Stay University training.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness and supports other areas as assigned by management.
