Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat guests, manage waiting list.
• Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception area and restrooms.
• Process guest checks accurately with no overages/shortages.
• Assist pantry and pre-rush organization.
• Support servers and other staff to uphold Perkins service standards.
• Know menu to suggest selling opportunities.
• Stock bakery cases and restock as needed.
