The role requires 1+ year in customer service at a branded hotel, a high school diploma, reliability, and physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a branded hotel
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Professionalism and honesty with good attendance
• Able to stand for eight hours and lift/pull up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, maintain guest privacy.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Encourage repeat business with future reservations and recommendations for similar brand products.
• Identify sales leads from guest interactions and report to management.
• Balance cash, checks, and miscellaneous transactions at shift end.
• Maintain a clean and professional lobby and dining area.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazardous conditions.
