Home2 Suites Greenwood SC is seeking a Hotel Houseman to maintain the property in top condition, assisting housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.

You will clean and secure public areas, assist with room attendants, and support guests with prompt, professional service while following hotel standards.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and flexible scheduling, including some holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded hotel is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Professionalism, honesty and punctuality expected.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel grounds and curb appeal to hotel standards.
• Clean and maintain parking areas and public spaces.
• Assist guestroom and housekeeping teams as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and emergencies with professionalism.
• Assist with minor maintenance and repairs when required.
