Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategic goals.
• Drive loyalty and grow share of voice with target accounts.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, tours, and inquiries.
• Advise clients on facilities and services when proposing groups and events.
• Establish client base with associations and corporate businesses to secure hotel business.
• Negotiate food and beverage, function space, and room rates to meet revenue goals.
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and complete reports as directed by leadership.
• Conduct hotel and banquet facility tours and entertain qualified clients per policy.
• Respond promptly to RFPs and information requests.
• Monitor local competitors and benchmark performance.
• Support quarterly/annual business and marketing plans and budgeting.
