Job summary

Opal Collection is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team in Florida. You will maintain exterior grounds, assist with property upkeep and aim to create a clean, inviting guest experience across the grounds.

The role includes trash removal, fountain areas, power washing, painting, and minor tasks as needed. High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required; prior groundskeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Previous groundskeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall maintenance and upkeep of exterior grounds.
• Aim to achieve a clean, comfortable, presentable and positive guest experience.
• Empty trash containers.
• Walk exterior of property picking up trash and debris.
• Clean in and around front and rear fountains.
• Power washing.
• Inside and outside painting.
• Other minor tasks as needed.
