Responsibilities include returning rooms to ready status, assisting in lobby and public areas as needed, and responding promptly to guest requests. Experience in a branded hotel is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of guest rooms to standard.
• Maintain housekeeping cart clean and organized.
• Report discrepancies to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle lost and found items per procedure.
• Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel in a clean state.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Know emergency procedures.
