Schulte Hospitality Group in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team. This part-time role involves nightly front desk operations, hotel accounting tasks, and guest service.

You will audit daily ledgers, post room rates and taxes, and ensure accuracy of guest charges while supporting a friendly, service‑driven environment. We offer Daily Pay and a robust benefits package, including health, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of accounting or night auditor experience.
• Knowledge of PMS required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Perform end-of-day accounting functions, including posting room rates and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Assist front desk with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Make cash drops following cash handling procedures.
• Maintain the Front Desk area for shift readiness.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Ensure lobby lighting and music are appropriate.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audits the daily guestledger
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
• Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Basic accounting/math skills
