Job Title: Hotel General Manager – Pre-Opening | Hyatt Studios Venice, FL
Company: A&R Hospitality
Location: Venice, Florida (Sarasota County) – On-site
Employment Type: Full-time | Salaried, Exempt
Start Date: Immediate (hotel opening targeted for February 2027)
Reports To: Regional Director of Operations
Open a brand-new Hyatt. Build your team. Make it yours.
Most General Managers inherit a hotel. You get to build one.
A&R Hospitality is hiring a Pre-Opening General Manager to launch the new Hyatt Studios Venice, a ground-up, new-build extended-stay hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast. From your first day, you’ll lead the opening: hiring every team member, setting up every system, building the local sales base, and opening the doors in February 2027 with a hotel that runs the way you planned it.
Hyatt Studios is Hyatt’s upper-midscale extended-stay brand, designed for guests staying a week, a month, or longer. Studio suites have full kitchens, and the hotel is part of the World of Hyatt loyalty program. It’s an efficient, lean operating model built for strong margins, repeat guests, and long-term relationships.
If you’re a hands‑on hotel leader who’s ready to own a property from the ground up, this is your opportunity.
