Now Hiring: Hotel General Manager

CUSA, LLC, one of the industry's most successful hotel management companies, is seeking a Hotel General Manager with Marriott Brand Experience for the 57-room Fairfield Inn Middletown, Ohio. The general manager should have previous Marriott Hotel general manager experience. When joining our team, you will join a company that prides itself on providing exceptional guest service, recognizing our associates as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners.

The Hotel General Manager would be responsible for the leadership and daily oversight of a Marriott-branded hotel, driving top-line revenue, bottom-line profitability, exceeding MPI, ARI, and RGI metrics, and maintaining guest service scores in Intent Recommend and Elite Appreciation. Recognizing Marriott Bonvoy members and enrolling new members, training the team for focus in priority areas of cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep, and customer service with the GXP action plan.
