Qualifications

• 1+ years of General Manager experience in a Select Service or Extended Stay hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience managing hotel financials, budgets, labor costs, and operational performance.
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and payroll.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations to maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, franchise standards, and procedures.
• Manage labor, expenses, and operating budgets while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results.
• Foster a culture of outstanding guest service and promptly resolve concerns.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily financial reporting.
• Build relationships in the local community and participate in sales initiatives.
• Work with Area Director to develop budgets and business plans.
