Job summary

RRI West Management, LLC is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead Red Roof Plus+ South Deerfield. You will oversee all hotel operations, drive revenue, control costs, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strategic leadership, budgeting, revenue management, and a passion for hospitality. Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience is preferred, CHA certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in hotel/retail/restaurant.
• Previous profit-and-loss management and budgeting experience preferred.
• Experience with sales, revenue management, and rate/yield strategies preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence.
• CHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales.
• Execute company initiatives while improving operations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
• Manage labor, forecasting, budgets, and P&L performance to achieve goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and revenue management initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Foster a positive work environment through coaching and engagement.
• Oversee inventory management and purchasing within budget.
• Prepare annual budgets and financial reports.
