North Central Group is seeking a Hotel General Manager for the DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East. You will lead all operations, guest experience, and financial performance to drive a thriving, high-performing property.

Expect to manage staffing, uphold brand standards, and drive community relations while delivering exceptional service. This on-site role requires a degree or 5+ years in hospitality management, strong leadership and communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• College degree or at least five years of related work experience in business management, hospitality or related field.
• Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the property's operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance.
• Plan, develop, and oversee day-to-day operations across departments for smooth execution.
• Manage staffing functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards.
• Prepare and implement the annual operating budget, revenue plan, and sales strategy.
• Lead property-level sales and revenue management efforts, including forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, initiate corrective actions.
