Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations and teams.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Experience budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Proven leadership in a senior hotel role for 3+ years.
• Branded select-service experience (Hilton/Marriott) preferred.
• Proficiency with PMS, reservations, and office software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of hospitality regulations and brand compliance.
• Degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and front desk/housekeeping.
