Qualifications

• 2+ years in GM or senior hotel leadership role.
• Experience overseeing multi-department hotel operations.
• Proven hiring, training, and staff development.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong guest service, sales, and relationship-building.
• Collaborative leadership with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the hotel team with coaching and feedback.
