Hilton New Orleans/St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans seeks a General Manager to lead hotel operations across departments, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hotel management with P&L experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to implement revenue strategies in a branded hotel.

This on-site role offers an engaging environment in the Garden District with access to Luke restaurant and amenities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of hotel management experience with P&L and revenue strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple departments.

Mansioni

• Oversee all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Engineering, and F&B if applicable.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and teams.
• Drive guest satisfaction through consistent service standards and brand compliance.
• Develop and execute revenue and occupancy strategies with Sales and Revenue Management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and property maintenance.
• Review reports to identify trends and opportunities; report to SVP Operations.
• Maintain relationships with ownership, brand representatives, vendors, and community partners.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
