Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations to achieve revenue, house profit, and RevPAR targets.
• Maintain guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality assurance and asset protection standards.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, and performance disciplinary processes.
• Represent hotel to guests, sales accounts, and local community.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and control expenses while optimizing guest experience.
