Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a General Manager for our Tampa-area property. You will lead all hotel departments, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining a culture of associate engagement and operational excellence.

You will report to corporate leadership and be responsible for short- and long-term strategic goals, with a hands-on approach to inspire teams and protect brand standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years as General Manager in a hotel, preferably select-service brand.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in hotel operations.
• Brand experience with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or similar preferred.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments, ensuring standards are met.
• Lead revenue strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Prepare and manage the annual hotel budget; monitor labor and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and regulations.
