Job summary

Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza is seeking a General Manager to oversee hotel operations, food and beverage, sales, engineering, human resources and accounting, while upholding brand standards and guest service. Lead the Executive Committee, drive revenue and profitability through forecasting and RevPAR optimization, and coach leaders to meet performance goals in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong business communication skills verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead team at leadership and hourly level.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proven professional image and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations including outlets, F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.
• Lead the Executive Committee to achieve property goals.
