We’re looking to recruit a commercially driven General Manager for the Mercure Bedford Centre Hotel

• Lead the hotel from the front, setting high standards in hospitality based on extensive experience.

• Have demonstrable experience as a General Manager in a similar environment, with F&B experience essential due to the onsite restaurant.
• Manage multiple stakeholders effectively, including experience working with owners or in a third-party management model.
• Prove your ability to nurture and develop talent at all levels, recognizing that people are at the heart of our business.
