We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel General Manager to oversee the operations of a select-service, branded hotel located in Batavia, NY. General Manager Skills/Qualifications:

• Demonstrated hotel management experience at the General Manager or Assistant General Manager level
• Expertise in property operations, guest services, and revenue enhancement
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with industry- and brand-standard hotel management software
• Proven success in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
