Now Hiring: Hotel General Manager

CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Hotel General Manager. Experience with major brands such as Mainstay Suites by Choice and IHG Garner extended stay is preferred. This hotel will be converting to an IHG Garner hotel in the near future. The Hotel General Manager will lead the team with daily oversight of all hotel departments. Responsibilities include achieving top-line revenue, managing expenses and payroll for profitability, team building, brand training, ensuring adherence to brand standards, implementing cost-cutting measures, exceeding brand customer service metrics, and meeting performance metrics such as STR, MPI, ARI, and RGI. The goal is to deliver exceptional Guest Love service, driving guest loyalty, positive reviews, and high recommendation indexes.
