Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Bozeman MT is seeking a seasoned Hotel General Manager to lead all hotel operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B (where applicable), and Sales, reporting to ownership with strategic direction and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue management, staff recruitment and development, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years progressive hotel management experience, including senior leadership or General Manager responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgets, P&L statements, and revenue management.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong guest‑service orientation with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with hotel management systems and HR/payroll platforms preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and capital improvement initiatives.
• Monitor property condition and ensure preventative maintenance and safety programs are effectively executed.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.
• Lead and support a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
