Qualifications

• Technical experience in related field: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC/Refrigeration, Paint & Wallcovering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting rooms throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls.
• Troubleshoot building-related issues and complete repairs across trades.
