CETUSA is hosting a luxury beachfront hotel internship in Clearwater, FL. The 12-month program combines hands-on training in front office operations, the reservation system, and guest registration with learning brand standards and upselling hotel services.

Open to hospitality or tourism management undergrads/ grads within 12 months of graduation, or trainees with a foreign degree/certificate and international experience (or 5+ years in the field).

Qualifications

• Hospitality or tourism management students or recent graduates within 12 months.
• For Trainee, degree or foreign certificate with international experience or 5+ years in the field.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Friendly, outgoing, organized, self-reliant, efficient with computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Train in front office operations, reservation system, and guest registration.
• Learn hotel and brand guest service standards.
• Learn upselling guest rooms and hotel services.
