Job Description

The Hospitality Worker II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Long Description

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $14.61 to $24.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the expected offer. This is Aramark’s good faith estimate of the compensation as of the posting date.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and provide customer service to guests, anticipating their needs.
  • Provide directions, travel information, and points of interest to guests.
  • Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration.
  • Operate registers and/or software for transactions.
  • Answer calls and emails, delivering messages as needed.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Coordinate resolution of guest concerns.
  • Communicate with all departments for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Previous guest services experience required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
