The Chief Engineering Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel's engineering department, ensuring all hotel systems, equipment, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage a team of engineers and technicians, supervise preventive maintenance, handle emergency repairs, and ensure the hotel's compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $63,710 to $105,122. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Education: High school diploma or GED required. College degree or equivalent experience preferred. CPO, HVAC, boiler, Serve Safe certification desired, or the ability to obtain certification based on policy guidelines. Current and valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
Experience: 2+ years of engineering management experience required, preferably in the hotel industry. Must be detail oriented, have the ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization, and be able to problem-solve with employees and guests. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
