Job summary

Seattle Airport Marriott is seeking a diligent night auditor to join our hospitality team. The role encompasses front desk duties, basic bookkeeping, and nightly reconciliation, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.

You will prepare and analyze daily reports, manage reservations, and ensure accuracy of financial records after audit. A flexible overnight schedule and basic computer skills are required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with accounting or reservation software preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work overnight shifts; flexible schedule.
• Night audit or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested.
• Execute front desk duties such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests; respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints.
• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay.
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after audit.
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and department heads.
• Operate computer systems; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred.

• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
• Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred
• Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
• Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours

Compensation

$23.01 hourly
