Job summary

Bally's Evansville is hiring for a guest services role handling telephone inquiries, reservations, and customer support. The position requires standing for long periods and ability to work various shifts in a 24/7 casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for 7+ hours.
• Experience in Hotel/Hospitality Industry preferred.
• High School education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously using service standards.
• Accurately process all reservations from hotel, events and concerts from all sources.
• Connect administrative or guest calls promptly and accurately.
• Update and verify information for travel agents, group records, rates and dates.
• Process credit card charges for reservations.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, events, and hotel rates for guests.
• Work with lodging and gaming systems to process reservations.
• Offer guests alternative options when requests cannot be fulfilled.
• Resolve guest disputes and direct to the appropriate source when needed.
• Prepare requests for comps when necessary.
• Stand/walk 7+ hours.
• Register guests correctly and procedurally per service standards.
• Obtain appropriate payment for guest stays; issue room keys; settle accounts on departure.
• Close out shifts and shift records accurately.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and perform mobility tasks (walk, push, pull, bend, twist, stairs).
• Knowledge of Indiana Gaming regulations and company policies.
• Follow Company Service Standards model.
• Be available for varied hours including holidays and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
