Caesars Entertainment in Laughlin, NV is seeking Front Desk Ambassadors to greet guests and guide them through check-in and check-out, while promoting self-service kiosk options and property outlets.

You will answer questions, suggest events and services, maintain a positive attitude, and step in to support Front Desk Agents with inventory and routine duties when directed.

• Assist guests with questions, concerns, and directions; suggest property outlets, programs, and events.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist Front Desk as Agents checking in & checking out guests, opening inventory and other Front Desk Agent duties when directed.

JOB SUMMARY

Front Desk Ambassadors are responsible for proactively greeting guests and promoting kiosk usage for check in and check out transactions. Front Desk Ambassadors are responsible for assisting guests with a variety of questions and concerns, suggesting property outlets, programs, and events; all while maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude and delivering excellent customer service at all times. Front Desk Ambassadors must be able to assist the Front Desk as Agents checking in & checking out guests, opening inventory and all other Front Desk Agent responsibilities when directed to do so.
