• Achieve marketing, sales, profitability, and quality service goals for the bar/restaurant and banquets by executing marketing strategies and providing quality service.
• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant to support Concord Hospitality objectives.
• Oversee all F&B operations at the hotel including banquets and street corner bar.
• Maintain product and service quality standards by evaluating and addressing complaints.
