Qualifications

• More than two years of post high school education; college degree recommended.
• Two to three years of related hospitality management experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Excellent oral communication and supervisory capabilities.
• Knowledge of chemicals/agents for training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver top-tier service and guest experiences.
• Oversee operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on budgets to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Create and implement promotions and service enhancements.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
