Job summary

The Accounting Manager at Crestline Hotels & Resorts will supervise Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashier and Income Audit, reporting to the Director of Finance. The role ensures accuracy, adherence to SOPs/LSOPs, GAAP and regulatory requirements across the hotel financial operations.

The position involves analyzing general ledger accounts, reconciling bank statements, assisting with budget and forecast preparations, and training staff on internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 years' work equivalent.
• 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience; hotel accounting systems experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with hotel information systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily revenue figures and report them daily.
• Oversee Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Income Audit and Cashier functions.
• Assist in monthly accruals, budgeting and forecast preparation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and hotel SOPs/LSOPs across accounting operations.
• Train and supervise staff on internal controls and standard procedures.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports and assist in month-end close.
